Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Package Your Item
Place the Boxbollen set and all accessories back into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
